CORPORATE

Certificate of Incorporation / BizAcra	Colored copy
Certificate of Incumbency / NAR1 +BRO / BizAcra	Colored copy
Ownership Structure Chart (including % holdings) - 2 layers and above	Signed and dated by Director within last 3 months
Copy of Passport for all UBOs	Colored copy, more than 6 months validity, Non-colored copy requires CTC
Proof of Address for UBOs	Dated within the last 3 months
Board Resolution	Signed by one of the directors
Proof of SOF (HIGH RISK and/or PEP)	Based on `sourceOfFunds` E.g. Loan agreement or sale agreement
Proof of Business Income	Dated withtin last 6 months. E.g. Client invoices/ contracts

INDIVIDUAL

Documents	Remarks
Copy of Identity Card or Passport	Colored copy, more than 6 months validity, Non-colored copy requires CTC
Proof of Residential Address	E.g. utility bill, bank statement, tenancy agreement, government issued letter - dated within the last 3 months
